All our meat is super prime, AAA graded Beef from free range cattle. Our live stock enjoy the best open field and stress free grazing.
Only young and well fed live stock is slaughtered under strict Halal mandatory processes to ensure the best quality red meat products. This ensures the most tender and juicy marbling of all meats.
The grading are determine by the overall thickness of fat based on the total fat of the carcass.

The facilities processes fresh Lamb and Beef products to top quality value added products.
